    About the International Executive Club

The Intexclub is currently being established, and will be developed in stages. Below you can read about our values, our mission and our vision. The website introduces each of the initiatives we plan to introduce. You can also read the latest news or subscribe to our eNewsletter.

    Values (what we believe in)

Intexclub recognises that business has the power to enhance or damage human development. We will advocate that this power is employed responsibly. By highlighting the results of good and bad practice we will demonstrate there are good reasons for adopting responsible business practices and good stewardship.

Intexclub will also promote the case for, and means of, continuous professional development.

    Mission (what we do)

Business is increasingly international, highly competitive and dynamic. Within this context businesses face tougher executive challenges. It makes executive training more important than ever, and demands that executives embrace continuous professional development throughout their career. Intexclub aims to be an important source of products and services to enable this.

Intexclub provides career development and support opportunities to executives at all stages of their career.

Everything we do will focus on improving the strategic thinking, planning and implementation capabilities of all executives, whatever their functional roles (e.g. finance, operations, human resources or marketing). Our aim is to break down silos and enhance the capacity of executives to practice organisation wide joined-up-thinking.

Vision (what do we want to be)

Through publications, events, learning, consulting and other forms of support to buisnesses and their executives we will acheive our goals, and realise our vision: "to be recognized as the most valuable, accessible and influential club of responsible business leaders, and to be considered their most important source of learning, support and career development opportunities".
